Reture and Replacement Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or before production. If an order is canceled, we will refund the full amount. However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

  1. Acceptance Period: We accept return applications within 15 days from the date you receive the product. During this period, you can choose to return the product or exchange it for another one.
  1. Product Requirements: The products for which a return is applied must meet the following conditions:
    • Unused: The product should remain brand - new without any signs of use, including but not limited to no wear and tear, no stains, and no disassembly, ensuring the integrity and original quality of the product.
    • Maintain Original State: The appearance (such as color, shape, surface texture, etc.) and functions (all functions can work properly without failure or damage) of the product should be the same as when you received it, and no changes should be made due to human factors.
    • Original Packaging Unchanged: The original packaging (packaging boxes, bags, etc.), accessories (such as chargers, instruction manuals, gifts, etc.), and labels (brand labels, price labels, size labels, etc.) of the product must be intact and not affect secondary sales.
